You think the movie and its plot is not very important to the case Punch?

I believe it could potentially show the "mood" or thought process of the girl. Bringing a guy into her bedroom, closing the door, getting on the bed and watching a movie (that she picked out) centered around sex might make one believe she was anticipating or hoping for a sexual encounter and was trying to "set the mood" so to speak.

except the movie is about a girl NOT having sex, I guess JJ didn't get that part of the mood setting agenda.

The alleged victim could have slapped her mother for not believing and cats and tnt and JP would say, still could go either way. How much more proof do you need that the alleged victim is Koo Koo? It is also interesting that the alleged victim is picking up people from all over them to bring to her house. If rape is about control, she seems to be the one wanting to control every issue. Yeah, and I have the feeling that a Griz football player could rape a woman on the 50 yard line of WGS during half-time of the cat-Griz game and some of the people on this board would defend them until their dying breath. Of this you are right. Would also like to note that this isn't a problem that is isolated to Missoula. Seen it just about everywhere in regards to sports, and when it comes to the perception of athletics on school campuses, there is a little bit of truth to it. I don't happen to like the haters out there about athletics, but if you (people in general) cannot recognize they have a point about the issues of entitlement, perceived imperviousness to rules, and people's lack of rational behavior towards athletics then you are as much of the problem as people who automatically penned Jordan Johnson guilty.
