I think that people who profess that "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" is their favorite movie are just perfectly normal people, too, just like those who like to watch with their dates, "Faces of Death."
Just perfectly normal people.
Like you.
Look, I think JJ is going to be innocent as well...but her movie choices have nothing to do with it. I enjoy horror movies, like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. That doesn't mean that I secretly want to kill people with a chainsaw or accuse people of doing so. You continually saying these types of things shows your bias, and quite frankly, it makes you look less intelligent than you actually are.
The choice of movies is just as the prosecutor warned about various aspects of this case regarding the alleged victim and her behaviors: odd.
If an ax murderer was on trial, and his favorite movie just happened to be "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre," are you really claiming "gee, that was just a coincidence, it is not relevant at all?"
Even a psychologist papered with credentials making such a claim would be laughed out of court on that one.
Is it hugely relevant? Well, perhaps if he actually used a chainsaw ...
Trial puzzles are assembled from many small pieces. That's one of them.
So, you're saying that:
favorite movie "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and crime "murder by chainsaw" is the same as
movie chosen that night "Movie based on Scarlet Letter" and crime ____________?
That's the funny thing. Who is alleged to have committed a crime here?
