They've had issues with tweet limits, and of late it's been Keila Szpaller who has been tweeting. Missoulian will tweet for an hour and then it will switch to Keila, back and forth.

Speaking of countdown, is Paoli getting close to his 100 min limit? I am still waiting for him to remind jury she took off her shirt, grabbed his crotch and asked if he had a condom. Case closed.
 
Here is a nightmare scenario. The jury may do a very simple analysis:

1. JJ never testified that she consented to sex (my understanding is that he testified that she didn't object).

2. "Jane" testified she said no.

Therefor he is guilty.

I can't say how likely this scenario is, but the jury could look at it this way.

I see what you're saying, but he did say she did not say no. Now I don't know what the "legal definition" of consent is but is almost sounds like you have to ask "Would you like to have sex and can I get it in writing?" or you could end up in court.

Last night I told my wife we were not progressing any farther without a notorized contract and video documentation of the event!!! :shock:
