I just hate it when people make meaningless, nitpicky points in a legal discussion on a message board. Calling someone a "moron" because they cited a Federal Rule instead of the identical Montana rule is the equivalent of spelling and grammar smack...and when I called you out on it, you played the "you're not in Montana, so shaddup" card.

last time i went to court with mike (chief of the courts) the TRUTH didn't not matter only what he could not site some bull s#it law! but the judge still had the smarts to understand what the TRUTH stands for. i don't think jj will get a fair shake with this judge , just how i feel

You don't get it. Being called a New Yorker doesn't bother me (though Montana is and always will be my home); what bothers me is the suggestion that being on the east coast somehow makes me unqualified to point out the flawed reasoning in your posts.

JJs admission means NOTHING to that jury if they got no cmen. i saw on dateline that u can use a bluish lamp like the grow lights in my closet to detect cmen that u cant see in normal light. by now she could of washed most of it away tho. plus how would u even know its HIS and not some other dudes if u find it? theres just no way you can tie cmen to one person unless its by the special smell or color.

Maybe you should turn off the grow lights and put the pipe down. Why would finding semen matter? He admitted having sex with her! That is not what's in question in this case.
