Won't happen, but oh the irony if it flew! An actual active advocate for UM with an insider's perspective of the Missoula campus. And all the while Engstrom serving under the watchful eye of a man he terminated. Unfortunately, Gov Bullock (bullock n "a castrated bull") would be highly unlikely to disrupt Helena's old boy club and reject Williams for someone who actually supports the school scholastically - and athletically. :roll: Only one thing for sure. Jim would have been a hell of a lot better pick.
 
He bleeds Maroon and Silver, probably too biased. Jim O'Day President of Grizly Athletic Boosters or alumni? Love it if we could pay the man.
 
O'Day should take over as President of UM once Rolls Royce is kicked to the curb... Jim has more integrity and care for UM in his little finger than Engstrom ever could!

The more I think about it, the more sense it makes. Most presidents of universities come from the scholastic side with very little administrative or business acumen. It is an old boy network that in today's world simply does not work. Jim Oday, president of UM. Why couldn't it work? I like the sound of it. Time to think outside of the box.
