Time to give the Dude some Love. All time receptions leader & he does it on the Biggest Stage of all! Congrats. You are definitely the MAN among boys! :thumb: :D :P

I’ve had too many favorite players over the decades to put a number to but Jerry is really something special. Every time he touches the ball there’s electricity in the air. Maybe someone else can put it into words better than I can. I think we all know what I mean though. We’ve seen great talent pass through the Griz roster but I’d rather not compare him to anyone else. He’s unique.

And we've got an entire season to go and appreciate his special talent and energy.
We are Blessed to have him!

I remember coming up to Missoula for the Spring game his Freshmen year. I saw him on the field and thought to myself: "Who is the midget with the damn pony tail"! Is this is the best we can get at the University of Montana? He went out and scored 4 fricken touchdowns that day no one could tackle him. Well, now he is one of the best that ever laced em up at the university.

A unique combo of heart and fearlessness. Has a nice family. Jerry sets a standard and the rest of the team follows. Always has a smile.

The guy is truly sensational, and we are lucky to have seen his work.

Love his punt returns and receptions but my favorite play of his was actually defense. I think the QB threw to him and he got knocked down and the pass was intercepted in or near the endzone and the interceptor was off to the races. Jerry got up and ran him down at about the opposite 20. No quit. Everyone else was just watching the guy go it seemed. Pick six for sure if not for Jerry. If someone could post video of that play I would appreciate it!
