No, On kpax they said that he made many small transactions with Houston Roots and other people the feds have been watching..

So I'm sure he wasn't running a legitament business...

Gotcha, because there are people who were running legit legal businesses who are still facing federal charges.

Read the charging documents....selling more than permitted, selling to people without prescriptions, distribution/transport from unlicensed facility (406 motors), undocumented purchases and sales, planning to bribe an elected official........all the things that legal business owners do.
