Jabin discussion on Colts Forum.

Pretty intelligent discussion from their fans. Jabin does have the deck stacked against him being a UFA, however, the more you can put yourself out there the better off you are. He is not just auditioning for the Colts, he will be watched by every other team out there. Could be another Colt who impressed another team and fits their needs more than Indy right now.

I know a lot of Griz fans that would give their left you-know-what to have Jabin back for his 5th season at UM! :beef: We'll miss his play-making ability (speed and hands) this season. I know others will step up, but still...

Obvisouly I'm a BIG FAN of Sambrano...wish him the best.

As a steelers fan I know Arians (who is currently the Colts OC) basically demands to have a guy with elite speed that can get deep - look at Mike Wallace with the steelers.

Jabin can get out on top of coverage and he flat out flys when he does. Arians is obsessed with speed at WR, which bodes very well for Jabin.

I don't really buy the since he wasn't drafted that puts him at a major disadvantage to make the 53. Sure, drafted guys get more reps, but the cream always rises. The league is too competitive to just keep your top talent off the field, particularly when we're talking keeping the 4th, 6th round picks vs. Undrafted guy. And especially when your the Colts and you suck.

My wife says he can make it in Hollywood with his personality and looks, if football doesn't work out.
You know, I don't really think so ya know. He's only grown up playing football you know, and running track ya know. But he'lll probably look at all his options you know, and ya know, make the right decision for himself. Most definately :thumb:

Jabin is a great kid and I'm excited to watch him in some preseason games.

I remember this well... funny.

Hmmmmm read the whole thread and not one mention of Montana, not a big surprise though considering the size of our school and the FBS label.

He certainly comes across as a very likeable kid in his (Griz) TV interviews, smart too...(a winner). Sky is the limit with his personality/talent.
