And last time I checked, over the past five games, UM leads the series 4-1. Washintgon just beat Stanford, so they must clearly be better than the #1 team in the nation based on your criteria. UM swept ISU the past two seasons which you obviously don't remember.
This game was a matter of both teams blowing great chances to close out the game. UM had a couple of chances and so did ISU. Neither one could capitalize, it just so happened that UM needed another couple possessions to win a game full of runs. It was a great game and it doesn't need to be spoiled by unbacked bragging.
ISU is losing the only player in the league that can carry a team while UM is returning two conference award winners. I would say CLEARLY, Montana will continue its recent success over Idaho State.
