Is now the time to move up?

Just now heard on sports radio that the BCS is about ready to do a 4 game playoff. That should seal the deal for those that must have a playoff or die. :thumb:

How exactly would that work, 4 games

I could see 3 games or 7 games but 4 games doesn't make much sense unless they are going to have a 3-4th place game too, and I don't see why they would do that.

The drive to move up IMHO is driven by the older boosters who still think Boise State is our real rival. Despite their success at winning games, the move hasn't earned them much respect.......

The Boise St. football program hasn't earned much respect? What have you been smoking?

Tell us about their bowl games. . . . Especially, what was it called, The poinsetta bowl or was it the Maaco bowl? Apparently their schedule is a bit weak or 12 -1 record getting a 19th place ranking is a sign of respect. Soory no matter how much the Boosters spend down there, they can't buy respect. But then academically they suck too. It takes more than a big W colum to get real respect.

You do have short term memory. They have some huge big bowl wins too. How can anyone forget them beating Oklahoma, in an all time classic?

They have respect, but just not enough to get them over the hump, and honestly don't get playing in the Big East will do? The football is bad, and it is only a BCS conference because of the population out east. That goes to show how Wac(k)ed BCS football has become now. :thumb:
