USC's investigation took almost 3 years before they hammered the Trojans.

The NCAA follows no timeline once they start digging into a program.

Exactly. Thought I read in one of the PDF's of the NCAA's letter to Montana that they would give us status updates every six months, not be finished in six.

I heard a TV sports guy mention that GRIZ fans should circle 7/30 as the date to look for an NCAA annoucement about their investigation into the GRIZ. He stated the NCAA had so many days to report and that time ran out on 7/30. Have not heard much comment as to the 7/30 date on this board. Is a report from the NCAA supposed to be issued Monday????

It wasn't the big announcement, but it was one more fact in this jigsaw puzzle. Good call Cannonball. Credit where credit is due.
