Over the years, being a big TV football fan, I have noticed a trend for almost ALL athletic events to add what I consider to be a useless, stupid, very aggravating, and useless "feature" to their broadcasts. The "feature" to which I am referring, is the on the field, court, course, track or where ever "interview" of participants, coaches ,managers, commissioners, celebrities, or even just Joe Schmoes off the street. I personally do not find them to be entertaining, interesting, informative, sexy, educational, or necessary. I fail to see the benefit or enjoyment in watching and listening to another in a LONG string of reporter-want-to-be's ask a coach "Why do you think you're 150 points behind in the first half and what are you going to do to change the flow in the 2nd half?" or a golfer "How does it feel to lose the US Open on the last hole with a quadruple bogey?" or a basketball player "Why do you think you are down by 45 points at half?" or any one of the 20 or so apparently only available such intelligent, stimulating, well thought out, original questions!!
My poll asks a very simple question. Do you enjoy and hope they continue to use these maddening "interviews" by obviously less than high caliber "journalists" or not?
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and hopefully give me YOUR opinion by voting in my little unscientific poll, which will have a ZERO margin of error...

P.S.-PLEASE feel free to share with all your sports program watching friends.

I need a third option:

“It depends on the hotness of the interviewer”.

Please try and stay focused on the question at hand Everett, NOT the interviewers physical attributes !

That’s a mighty tall ask, Stil.
