That post I made yesterday revealing the double standards got me suspended for a day. Every time the expose' is made public, a suspension follows. Everyone knows that certain posters get a free pass. Nothing new to share there.

The dudes who keep posting it use it for auto-erotia reasons. You should know that. If you took a look at these guys in person, you would not have doubts about their needs in that area of their lives. They are so ugly that they have to sneak up on a glass to get a drink.

Well, folks, the guy might not be going after the girl whose lies sent him to prison for 5 years, and the state might not be going after the $1.5M her mother got, but he is now preparing to sue the state...for what, exactly, no one is sure. Gotta love the kind of lawyers America produces today....geezus..

It's more his lawyers fault than the states fault IMO.

You must have info I don't. I don't know how the plea bargain worked out and who was representing what. I'm not a criminal law expert, but I seem to remember that defense attorneys don't file criminal charges and threaten 40 years on apparently shit facts.

You must have info I don't. I don't know how the plea bargain worked out and who was representing what. I'm not a criminal law expert, but I seem to remember that defense attorneys don't file criminal charges and threaten 40 years on apparently shit facts.

If it was a state public defender he claims basically that he was given ineffective assistance of counsel. If she in fact told him what he claims and did not allow him to speak with his mother (he was 16 I believe) before making a decision that may be where his claims are coming from.

Why are you stalking me? He called out guys who use that word in a thread where I used that word. Sounds like he's got sand in his vagina. It's a legitimate concern.
