Important Weekend for GRIZ football

It is arguably the most important weekend of the off season for GRIZ Football.
1. The GRIZ are having a public scrimmage for the fans to check out.
2. It is also the weekend where interested HS JR's will be visiting, touring the university, meeting coaches and players. I am hoping the GRIZ make a huge positive impression on the Jr's and their families in who visit.

My friend and his son will be part this weekend's happenings. His oldest son is being looked at by the GRIZ. He is about 6' 220 lbs. He plays running back, LB and DE (depending on game situations) and opponent. I know if they have a great weekend, it will be a good sign. They are pretty particular in who the coaches, schools, and programs they will be narrowing it down to the next several months. GO GRIZ!!!!!!

I am hoping the same. I won't be making it there this weekend. I asked him to give me a report. Also pretty sure a few egrizzers will provide some good information at the scrimmage. I am especially interested at the QB battle and what is different with our defense.
