For anyone who still hasn't gotten their game tickets, this is the issue we had:
My aunt took care of purchasing the charter packages for us and put our party's names in with them. She placed me as the lead traveler. For some reason they were sending her all the travel documents but UM used my OLD Yahoo email address from my college days (maybe that was on file with UM or Griz Tix? I don't know how they even had it) to send the game tickets to my old email. I haven't used this email in a decade. Luckily I still had access to it and was able to make an AXS account with the old email, and the tickets were there. I then transferred them to my current AXS account.
So if you have an old email possibly on file with UM or Griz Tix, check that for an AXS email about game tickets.
