First, I'm picking Coastal Carolina to win Saturday. :|

Second, why aren't we talking about our 12/7 matchup...whomever that may be? :? :?:

I sure hope the Griz aren't looking past this Saturday's winner...

I think it's in part because it's hard to talk about the opponent when you don't know for certain who it is. There are a couple good threads about both of them, but I think it's just easier to look ahead to a known quantity.

And I have no doubt the team isn't looking past their 2nd round game.

I'm certain the Griz football players and coaches are not looking past anybody and are going to attack the playoffs one game at a time. Us eGrizzers, however, don't play on the team and will shoot off our mouths about anything and everything. And that's just fine because that's what eGriz is for. So talk on eGriz, talk on!
 
The only thing I know about either team is what I read on eGriz yesterday. Based on that, I am picking Bethune-Cookman. Because, as we all know, defense wins first-round playoff games.

I would love to see a team from Daytona Beach, FL come up and play a game of football..
 
Griz best not look past either team in B Cookman or Costal C. I do not think they will and I am happy the Griz will get to watch the game and have time to prepair.

I can only hope that we win our game against either and we have a shot to go take on NDSU should they win as well!

I think our Griz would be jacked for that game and be ready to punch NDSU in the mouth.

Boy isn't that the truth! Love it when southern teams come up and see snow for the first time in their lives!
 
If I were from either school I would be ordering long underwear if I were going to attend the game. If you order now it should arrive by the time you leave.

And if I owned a sporting goods store in Missoula, I'd put all my large, xl and xxxxl capeline on sale from now through Dec. 3. Then I would jack up the price on my small and medium sizes.

Guarantee you the Griz players are looking past their next game. I've spoken to a few of them who resent that they actually have to play this game. Such a waste for either of these poor teams to pay for cross-country travel, lodging, food etc. just to endure an embarrassing loss. I appreciate that there are some optimistic(=delusional) CCU and BCU fans who think they can keep it close, but the playoff committee made a mistake in expanding the field to these dregs. They should just forfeit and get a jump on recruiting.

The only way they have a chance is for them to be prepared for frigid temps - that means wearing snowmobile suits and artic pacs (boots). Make sure they don't get this information! ;)

I'd most highly doubt that. You may say you have spoken to a 'few of them' but that's just what you say; I have no confirmation on such an idiotic view point/attitude. One game at a time; don't ever, ever under estimate one's opponent. Carry on.
 
Bethune-Cookman did play Florida State a lot closer than Idaho did.

It is funny to see them play in the cold, the first thing they do is wear long sleeve base layers, which is very slick to the ball. Leading to fumbles..... Perfect.
