Without a doubt i think this team showed that weber game was a fluke.....With out Matty W and Will for a lot of the game we battled a very good team. Maybe some of you that were ready to disregard this team after that weber loss will think again! Damn it got so old reading how weak we are and that we will lose to davidson by 15 or 20... Front runner? lol...give me a break....it should have been easy to see we have a good team and that weber game was an anomaly, not the norm...but many of u didnt see it that way....and the boys in vegas know much less about the griz basketball team than griz fans do

One moer thing....Bearly visible has gone off the radar, and Special K showed up bout the time BV hit the road??? bv/growler/whichever other names he has had used to talk about vegas spreads a lot..hmmmm also overly critical! would be easier to tell if we still had derek, but still its pretty obvious

I posted after the Weber game, not to jump the gun and back of the ledge. I am happy we have our depth we do, but losing 2 SR leaders, statistically and emotionally is hard to overcome in a conference tournament. WE have the talent to do it. I will be paying more attention to how the role players perform the remaining games of conference play. Deshields and Gregory have to be the other leaders with Jamar. Coleman will have to step up statistically and leadership. I like what we seen of Martin and Hutchison offensively though.

No question that losing WC and matty Dub are huge losses and drastically change the make up of this team...but we are deep, lets see how it plays out...still cant believe what happened to will...not sure we know for sure, but i think im assuming the worst case here...he looked like he was in a lot of pain

Call me crazy, but with the way the team played to stay close in the first half, and hung tough throughout the second half especially after Will left, I think they are still sitting pretty to host. Without Ward I thought we would keep it close for a while then end up losing by 10-15. This team seems to have found something, I hope, and we will see what they can do without a couple of key players next weekend.
