I have more confidence now, that the Griz are going to go far

My issues aren't necessarily with Bobby but with the OC, if he is still around after several weeks of dog shit play is when I will change my tune, don't give a damn how much you like him if he isn't performing he isn't performing.

If your issues are with the OC, they are also with Bobby.

 truer words were never spoken.

Better not have an issue with the O-line coach or the offensive analyst either. Those are his boyzzzzz…..

My main issues with Bobby will be determined at the end of the season when any staff changes are made or not made. Gave it 5 years, now he needs to make changes (plural) or my issues will all shift to him. I will have issues regardless (how he treats the press etc.) but can stomach them if moving toward being #1, this season has shown movement away.....

Bobby did demote Kraig Paulson and Phenicie from thier coordinator jobs at UNLV after a couple of seasons and then fired their replacements the next year. So he will move his "buddies" if necessary.

You don't care about how the team does the rest of the season? What if they win the national championship. Ford said that's still their goal.

Well by all means then, you better rush back out and get tickets to Frisco again! Geez... for being a smart guy you sure post some dumb shit. What the hell else is he going to say..... our goal from here on out is to squeak into the playoffs and lose in the first round. Next question.

He doesn't have to say anything about their long-term goal. When are you going to bet me $250 on the Griz-Cat game? Assuming both teams have their qb's, or one of them in your case.

No, I mentioned in another thread I don't bet on the Cat games, bad karma. But, it's amazing to me that your are apparently OK with Bobby putting all the marbles into one basket with the QB situation. With your one QB the griz are world beaters, national championship contenders... and with QB2 you're putting up 114 yards of offense, and apparently you're accepting of that massive drop off? Yes, most teams will obviously see a drop off from QB1 to QB2, but nowhere ear that magnitude. That's staggering.

Where did I say I was okay with anything regarding the quarterbacks? Yes on your sentence 3.

When you say the Griz are going to go far, what specifically do you consider far? A quarterfinal loss like last year? A semifinal loss? A NC loss? Do you have confidence that the Griz will win the NC?

Personally I feel the Scats went far last year although they lost their final game. I believe we have the players that can go at least as far as the semis but I have no faith that our Offensive coaching can get us to the point we can beat NDSU or SDSU in the playoffs.

Anyway PR, I am interested in hearing what you consider "far."

"Far" before the Weber loss was semis. Now, we need to win 3. Then, a home playoff win. Then see how battle-tested the team is, based on the adversity of recent games and games on the road. A healthy Johnson is necessary. That's my guess. Not winning one of the last two games has put us in a hole.

I think those moves were made necessary by the AD. BH is loyal to his people to a fault.

Exactly, and Kent doesn't have the balls to push it

Yep. But, he saved his future....unlike Pflu who did the right thing. Hope Pflu is rewarded at some point.
