i guess isu wants to win

mea culpa if this was posted way back when, but i was a little surprised to see the spud state president resign. http://www.idahostatesman.com/news/state/idaho/article166303837.html

i was also interested to see that some believe losing at sports and the threat of boosters withholding donations is a reason. certainly tingey, the a.d. they are unhappy with, should never have been hired. he didn't have any qualifying experience, and it was blatant nepotism (his old man was a v.p. or something like that at isu).

don't see how isu will ever consistently attract athletes to compete at the top of the bsc in football and basketball. poky just isn't a real exciting place to be.

its fairly close to home for kids from the Salt Lake or Boise metro areas, each of which has about a million people.
