My freshman year at Concordia my friend and I followed a guy driving while hallucinating on something through Fargo for about 45 minutes. At one point, a cop went by and the guy flipped him off--cop did nothing. he ended up spotting us when we were near NDSU's Campus.

That memory and their coach leaving was the reference here. ;-D
