This is another solid Commit! Croy is leading AA in rushing with over 1200 yards, 14 TDs and averages over 7 ypc. Had offers from Griz, Cats, Carroll, and others.

Spoke to his grand parents last week and knew he was close to committing. Glad he finally did!

Go Griz!

Must not have wanted to play QB for the Cats

Too many others already playing that position on a rotating basis. Hard to get any rhythm when everybody gets only 3 or 4 plays. RB & LB seem to be the preferred position to qualify as a potential QB though.

Really liked his quote from Gogola article today. He accepted a partial from the Griz and had the same offer from the Cats:

“One of the first things you notice right away is the stadium and facilities. That all blew me away a lot more than I ever expected,” Croy said of Montana. “Personally, I had a really good camp up there, so that helped my feelings toward it. And then just the coaches were awesome. They were very professional about everything. It just felt a lot more personal.”

Damn, the shit pond and the promise of wild summer romps in the woods didn't win him over?

Ooo, careful. He can always de-commit. We don’t know what Choach has planned for the summer woods romp after he gets his back patted again this year.

His dad Guy Croy is from Ennis Montana Good family very split between Griz and cats. Good to hear he will play for Griz. Montana continues to dominate in state recruiting with coach Hauck back!

Yep, theirs is a family divided. Good kid, good athlete and a good get for the Griz.

He's buddies with the other HP commit to the Griz, no?

Correct, Journey Grimsrud who is cementing himself as one of the best lineman in state.

Sure is. Journey is having a great year, more so on the defensive line. But his guard play is still solid as well.
