We are in 12 team league, here is my team (see below). I really am not sure what to think of it beyond Manning and Fitzgerald. I took a lot of flyers on guys that had injuries or down years last year. I am not worried about QB at all, and think it is my best position., with Manning and Palmer.
RB is deep, but not sure if any of them will put up great numbers. My best hope is Kevin Smith puts up monster numbers. I also feel Wells will put up good rookie numbers, and McCoy is Westbrook injury away from being the man. He is versatile like him too.
WR- Fitzgerald is elite. Edwards can be elite. Ocho was elite, I am hoping for a rebound year and a healthy Palmer should help him. Henry is insurance for Ocho. I really like Harvin, but feel it may take 1/2 a season for him to get comfortable.
TE- This is always a crapshoot postion. I chose to go for potential in Winslow and Davis. I feel one, hopefully both, will put up great TE numbers.
Defense- I hope Philly can replace Jim Johnson and Dawkins. Then again this is another crapshoot position. I chose Atlanta toward the end to get some GRIZ flavor on my team with Biermann.
Kicker- I like what I have seen of Greenbay's offense this preseason. I have a very good feeling about Crosby, and Viniateri is one of the best ever. He should have a solid year with Indy.
Ideally, I hope Palmer rebounds. I want to use him or Manning as trade bait after week 8.
How did your draft(s) turnout, and how do you feel about your team(s)?
QB Peyton Manning
WR Larry Fitzgerald
WR Braylon Edwards
RB Ronnie Brown
RB Kevin Smith
TE Vernon Davis
W/R Chad Ochocinco
Def- Philadelphia
Kicker- Crosby
TE Kellen Winslow
QB Carson Palmer
RB Beanie Wells
WR Percy Harvin
RB LeSean McCoy
RB Leon Washington
WR Chris Henry
QB JaMarcus Russell
RB Carnell Williams
K- Adam Vinatieri
DEF- Atlanta
