Is anyone on here a high school coach?
I'm currently head freshman coach at Melbourne High in Florida. I love coaching, and coaching there, but I'm really tired of our county school system and Florida has really run its course for me. I ask about other coaches because I might have to leave my freshman team because of a transfer to a middle school an hour + Mel High... have any of you had to leave during the season? How do you get past leaving YOUR team? I'm also OC and OL coach and there's no one on my staff who can take over (I'm no Norm Chow but 2/4 have 0 experience coaching and 1 is a longtime DC who has no interest in offense). I guess leaving is eating at me and I want some feedback/support from other coaches
