That was a great right up. It doesn't have to be poetic to be great (though shoutout to Andrew Houghton who does incredible profile work). That was legit, and very reasonable. I have come to trust our defense no matter who we replace (losing Sims, Olsen, Lews, Ford, Oconnell, Gubner, etc), so I have great faith that we can make the most of what we have this year.
I was really encouraged by Coach Cooper's statement that he feels like they nailed it with culture fit and on field fit with every guy they brought in. Our staff isn't known for hyperbole or false positivity, so that was strong to hear.
And it is always nice to be reminded of the offensive weapons that we are loaded with. Whoever ends up at QB is getting into a JJ McCarthy like situation where they are coming in to the best possible situation with guys who can ball and a lot of safety valves. As long as this line comes together, I'm so pumped. #Pawlak'sprovingground
