HERO sports Top Ranked Recruiting Classes

I think it is a good bet that Humble Pie was not on the menu.

Now that was a helluva great Rock n' Roll band - check out "30 Days in the Hole" on YouTube :D

The author of the list ranks Weber State at number 41 and describes it as "One of the top Big Sky classes, bar none" - then ranks 7 other Big Sky schools ahead of it. Huh...

Zero Montana kids make the list. Laughable.

Interesting, they put James Brown at #22

I won't be surprised if he never sees the field, and won't be surprised if his replacement, the OK kid, burns up the BSC when he sees it.

Welp...I guess the Ivy league should be dominating this thing called the FCS in no time.

I'm all in with Vim. This is my POY.

+1. Until the Ivy Leaguers join the playoff hunt they can hardly compare themselves (or have others compare them) to other FCS schools. They really occupy their own division. Would love to see them in the playoffs someday but I'm not holding my breath. Using academics and finals as a reason for not participating in the playoffs is both short-sighted and wrong in my humble opinion, and it deprives their players and fans of a great opportunity and experience, and it deprives the rest of FCS of additional quality teams in the playoffs. They should step up and see how they actually compare to the rest of the country. If nothing else I would love to see the Griz set up a home and home with Harvard or Yale.

Don't think the Ivies care about comparing themselves to other FCS schools. Dartmouth v UM is probably more
Likely than the other 2. I our the AD's I touch with each other a couple years ago. Heard Harvard turned down playing UM several years ago. The Ivies schedule way in advance and start their seasons later, so scheduling with UM is more difficult.

If Brown could change directions as fast as he changes commitments he would be at Alabama

PR:
Straight up question, who was tougher to bring down Marinaro or Hill?

They'll never learn.

Yeah. Some of the Mt kids this year should definitely be on that list. Mt has 5 MT state has 4, Bu tit is clear that EWU is the front runner on paper this year. Some the new wide receivers are jsut crazy good and some good LB and DE to try to plug some holes in that defense.

No substitute for low academic standards.

Lol and Montana is so great academically that these kids won't get admitted? Let's be honest, if Montana wants a kid real bad to play football they'll get in.

Completely untrue.

That said, I agree that most HS players would be admitted to Montana. But I know for a fact that some are not.
