    Go JLM.

. . . Pride is another huge factor in Louie-McGee's game, and much of that comes from his upbringing as an active member of the Coeur d'Alene tribe. He and his brother Tucker are the only ones from their tribe playing college football (Tucker is also a receiver at Big Sky rival Idaho State).

"I lived on the reservation until I moved up my freshman year to Coeur d'Alene. I was down a lot seeing family, but I was pretty busy with school and sports going on. It was always such a blessing for all my family to come up and watch games, and even up here they really devote their time to come and watch me or my brother Tucker. It's really great to see family and we always try and make time to see them and they take time to see us." Their decision to leave for Lake City High School was all about their dream to play football. "On the reservation or a small town in general we had aspirations to play big time football and you're not going to get looked at at a small school, so we moved to 5A to try and get looked at. My parents made a big sacrifice since it's about half an hour from the reservation and they kept their jobs there, so they would go back and forth a lot. There's no way Tucker and I would be here without them." Members of the tribe take a lot of pride in Jerry and Tucker, just as they take pride in their tribe. "There's a lot of tribal members down there that really support me and Tucker and I couldn't be more thankful that they take the time to tell us good job, and watching our games, it really means a lot. As a little kid, and every kid who grows up on the rez, they always have dreams to be role models for Natives all along. That's how me and Tucker have always been, we always want to try and be the best role models we can and it's something we're still working on and it's just pretty cool that our tribe really supports us and it means a lot."

JLM is a classic example of commitment. He is committed to FB, family, and community(probably not in that order).

He also is a great example or role model for other college student athletes. He makes bad throws to him and bad coaching decisions look good, just get the ball in his hands and everything looks good.

Look foreword to continued cheering for this guy.
