One thing I haven't seen mentioned is that Hauck will bring back the swagger. No one on the roster knows what it feels like to be a conference champ. I believe Hauck won or shared the title every year he was here. With his attitude and demand for perfection and hard work I think the players will buy into that because they know that he unlike Stitt is a proven winner. He will tell them if they trust the system they can be back on top again. Also love him or hate him Hauck has a presence about him and is very motivational. If you look at Miami this is exactly what Mark Richt brought back to them and it has made a world of difference. They like us have always had the talent they just needed to harness it right to be successful. He will elevate players to play above themselves. :thumb:
