Being a condescending disrespectful D bag too people does not generally help in recruiting. If I’m a mom of an prospective player, Bobby is the last guy I would want my son to play for.

That's not how Hauck is, with a few exceptions at times. He's nice, fun, funny, charming, smiley, and playful most of the time. Most parents really like him during the recruiting process. He's not disrespectful. Rarely condescending either. He knows how to get under the skin of Bobcats, though.
