I didn't make the thread, so I can't change the title...

It's also not a story, so you don't have to read anything....it's a video.

People who listen carefully and understand the game can learn a lot from Hauck interviews.

I also think Hauck's interviews, especially when it's before practice and not in a press conference room, are interesting. You particularly realize there is a lot of football information in them when you listen to them back for written stories or general interest.
Why do you even try with some over here?

Since his non-reporting on the MSdUi affairs, I consider him a scat homer, and tuned him OFF. . Anyone who wants to read his drivel is welcome to do so.

I really don't know what else could have been reported about the DUI cases. He reported the arrests, the court issues, the MSU response etc..If there is nothing happening in between what do you report? There were months between events. Have him write a book? Colter does a good job.

Colter does a good job and no knock on him, but I'm still perplexed why no one has brought up how dumb it was that MT tax payers paid for a salary increase for a state employee after getting his 3rd (or 4th or whatever) DUI - and how MSU / the state handles that. Does MSU eat the cost? Or do state tax payers get footed with the bill? It shouldn't matter if it was a planned increase - it was a dumb move by MSU's administration.

Vaild points.

Exactly. Further, do the MT taxpayers have to pay for the buyout (given the fact that the terminated DC apparently has months left on his post-DUI contract renewal)? Bottom line: MSU gave a coordinator a raise while he was (and remains) out on bail for his third DUI, and then fired him shortly after they were eliminated. Seems like something the media might be interested in, but I guess not.

Colter: just an Idea - can you possibly get coach Eck to discuss the SDSU football team and their offensive scheme versus the Griz defense ? ?

Whoops sorry, Urs. I hadn't seen this post until after I started a thread regarding this article.

Nope. He bristles at tough questions so he doesn’t get them.

Other coaches at this level quite literally tell reporters before press conferences what they are not allowed to ask about... so......

Hauck doent bristle at tough questions. He doesn’t like inappropriate questions and sometimes makes fun of B dumb questions.
