Can we we give this guy some kudos? This is no longer a case of a guy just being lucky. Phenomenal field awareness and hands.
 
Ellooow Gubner. That’s in a British accent! Every time I see or his name that’s what comes to mind.

Ellooow you know nothing on this field gets past the Gubner.
 
Nobody on the Defensive Line (DT, DL, DE) has more than 1 INT besides him in the entire 1-A and 1-AA.

He's tied for 5th in the country with a bunch of DB's.

And he's a Freshman.
 
With Akem’s injury...the Gub would be a tall physical WR. Not to mention best in space.
Ball hawk. Lots of energy. Electric. Can put the team on his shoulders.
One more suggestion only have O-linemen retrieve tee after kickoffs...more entertaining than kickers.

I thought that other team down the road had a lineman with two? Either way, certainly nobody else with four!

I originally made this post when he only had 3/4ths as many interceptions as now. I pretty much just watch the line at games. It all starts there. Linemen make the scoreboard light up.
