About what it should be. I will be interested to see how EWU pans out with what they lost last year. I think the coaches poll will be more accurate when all is said and done. Hope NAU can crawl out of the cellar soon.

would have agreed if cherry were healthy and our jaycee big man eligible. but at the two most important positions--post and point guard--we now have big questions marks. and frosh big men take time to develop.

What are the thoughts going around up there about maybe trying to Cherry a medical waiver or redshirt? Instead of only letting him play half of his senior year?

So odd to see NAU picked last.

UNC is a little higher than I might have expected. I think ISU might be a little better than MSU, but that's splitting hairs.

Cherry will be fine, and should be back before December. His injury was a little over exaggerated. I heard just after the injury, he would not be out as long as was rumored, and likely back within a month. As it turns out, he will be back before the end of November. He will be just fine, and unless he gets injured again, this will be his final year as a GRIZ.
