Summary: The Cowgirls owned everything beyond the arc. The Griz ladies owned everything else. Wyoming women were lights out from 3 point range, but the Lady Griz really played tough defense and it showed up in steals and rebounds. Mandy Morales was fantastic as was Gale, et. al. Montana beat a very good Wyoming team after falling behind by 9 in the early minutes.

The play under the North basket where Morales took #12 baseline and then scored on a reverse layup was as nice a play as I have seen in a long while.

I was a pessimistic about this team but they seem to be creating the team magic. That was an impressive win over a very good team. It is easy to see how Wyoming could beat Idaho State by 20 (+-) on the road.

I was surprised to see the Lady Kitties beat Washington State on the road by 10.
