Which GRIZ reminds you of which NBA player(s)currently in the league, past, or combination of?
My purpose of this is to have some fun with this years GRIZ, and please do not take it as anyone saying they will be kind of player in the NBA, but comparing what they do at the collegiate level that their comparison did for their NBA teams.

Will Cherry= Sidney Moncrief(old school), Alvin Robertson,or Rajon Rondo (new school)
Kareem Jamar= Dwyane Wade (new school), or Adrian Dantley (old school)
Derek Selvig= Vlade Divac, Brad Miller, Hedo Turkoglu, Austin Daye (old school bigs were different)
Art Steward (this is a hard one)-Ron Artest, but emotionally stable.
Mathias Ward- Ryan Anderson (just smaller than Anderson)
Shawn Stockton- combination of Scott Skiles,and John Paxson
Eric Hutchison- Throwback Scott Hastings (old school), Kurt Rambis, Kendrick Perkins
Deshields- Vinnie Johnson, Jason Terry, Ben Gordon,
Henderson- Gerald Henderson JR (not intentional with the name comparison)
Jordan Gregory- JJ Barrea
Reader- David Lee
Weisner- Luke Walton, JJ Redick

I admit I struggled with Art Steward, and the younger guys. I am sure some of you will come up with better comparisons. Wouldn't it be great if we have a Jeremy Lin waiting in the wings? :thumb:

It is progressively getting better again. A far cry from the 80's and early 90's though. :thumb:
 
Steward= Milsap who plays for the Utah Jazz, Or Wesley Matthews of my beloved Trailblazers.

Yes it is awesome! I have been watching a lot this year and wow is it entertaining! every night a display of SUPERIOR athletic ability!

and i hate to say this...cuz i agree the griz are fun and a pleasure to watch...but did you see the game at Sac st? now that was a CHORE to watch haha..
