I guess he changed his mind on going to Montana Eastern. At the time, I was surprised of his choice. I'd love to see him as a GRIZ.

Yes, RayQuan Evans won 2 state titles at Billings Skyview. He originally committed to Rocky, then switched to North Idaho.

Yes, RayQuan Evans won 2 state titles at Billings Skyview. He originally committed to Rocky, then switched to North Idaho.

His Dad is former Griz Izzy Evans.

He scored 30 points and had 12 rebounds in his last game on Saturday. Scoring line was 12-19 from the floor (2-5 from three) and 4-4 from the line. Coaches comment from the paper, "RayQuan, it was a big game for him and it’s pretty tough to keep him out of the lane." Might not be bad to bring him in next year and redshirt him so that when Rorie and Oguine graduate he is ready to go. NIC has a home game on Saturday at 4 so I think I will go to that then run home to watch the Griz.

I seen him put up a few triple doubles so far this season, seems to flourish even more in the college setting, developing very quickly. In hs he didnt seem to get much freedom. The 2 girls play well together, 5'10 harris can shoot, which seems to be a weakness the lady griz have, also wouldnt hurt to have a solid backup pg in dvorak, especially with the injuries that have been happening.
