Griz Men's Radio this Year

The last 2 home games the pre-game show was on KGVO at 6:30. I went to the games, returned to the car hoping to hear the post-game show and the interview with Tinks. Instead, Art Bell was on. Who knows? Pretty frustrating! :x
 
That's why I asked. How stupid is that? I can't find anything post-game on the radio. Art Bell, however, is riveting.

At exactly 9:00pm the game cut away to news and then Art Bell came on in Missoula. There was around 30 seconds left in the game and they never came back to Mick for the end or the post game show. The game was in doubt and I had to come over here to see how it finished. Pretty disappointing screw up.
 
KGVO.........a real top notch station! :lol: They probably aren't aware or concerned about this happening. I'll bet Mick Holein is though.
 
In Missoula Griz basketball is carried by KGVO through the production facilities of Learfield Sports in Jefferson City, Mo. In western Montana it also can be heard on KERR in Polson and KOFI in Kalispell. The screw up with cutting away from games has now been handled and was the fault of the flagship station not Learfield Sports although everybody seems to want to bash Learfield.
Their production is flawless and operator error at the local level is where the problems have arisen.
Believe me I am as upset and concerned as you for the loss of post-game shows and other difficulties sometimes experienced during Coach's shows.
I am not an employee of either entity - I am an independent contractor - but I appreciate your concern and work hard to mistakes corrected as best I can. I have the best perspective about how it all comes together and when it doesn't.
And I also am not hard to find via email or other means.
While I don't often post, I'm around quite a bit mostly for amusement purposes.

I know this is not "the voice" s choice or fault but damn why can we not get Mick on radio,,if you live out of the great state.?.thank-god for video but just is not the same without Mick calling game...tried all three stations mentioned and no web coverage ...paid to get Griz all access and still get the "kids" doing the game..they are improving but damn not the same ...missing "down the pickle barrell" ,"no hill for climber" and just quality game calling...Help?
