That's a better turnout than most the other games already! I only wish I could make it for this one. The Griz are awesome this year and deserve a raucous sell-out!

I agree the hype doesn't seam to be there this year as much this year compared to previous years. But saying either cat "thug" team doesn't have a chance is a stretch. The lady cats have been had a pretty good year and this should be a very good game. The girls will have fresh legs this time and this is a game I won't miss. As far as the guys.. Whose knows..
Regardless, I'm sure you will be scanning police reports hoping the next cat player finds his way into a little trouble instead of attending either game.

i have a bad feeling about this game; hope i'm dead wrong. how do you overlook your rival? i didn't think it was possible but griz nation seems to be doing exactly that with Tuesday's big matchup on the horizon. hopefully the team is not. they rolled hapless NAU tonight so that should help bring them down to earth, right? :|

Another sign of the state of mens basketball at MSU, was that I signed up for the bus to go watch the men's and women's games in Missoula on Saturday, only to find out Monday that the trip was canceled due to lack of people signing up. Only 22 people signed up and 40 was the minimum that had to sign up to make the trip feasible. Very disappointing to say the least. 85 bucks for both game tickets, the bus ride, two meals, and not having to worry about driving in bad weather. Sometimes I think they shouldn't televise these games on local and BigSky TV. Attendence might improve.

Your girls team already crumbled under pressure from the Big Bad Griz. Your Men's team is going to get embarrassed and they will probably hang it up with about 8 minutes left. That's what happens in every other sport in this "rivalry"
