Updates for those who may have missed it.
(1)Remember last year when the Bobcats won on our floor they went over in front of our fans behind our bench and tugged at and pulled out the Montana State on the front of their jerseys. I thought it was kind of cute but would not suggest that is proper team behavior. I made the comment at the time that it looked like a bunch of happy Cats. :laugh:
Might be a fun thing to tip off the pep band and or Monty to provide a little jersey tugging early in Missoula I would not do anything in Bozeman but win and get out of town. :thumb:
(2)Remember Monte got the mens game boot in Bozeman last year because of double monty performance at Womens game. :werd:
(3) Remember Matt Martin was caught on tape pushing bobcats (twice) at a point in the game when the outcome had been determined. It was a big deal to the bobcats. Matt was named to the all tournament team after beating the bobcats in the Big Sky tournament. Bobcats will be waiting for Matt and may be disappointed because at this point in time the Plan may be to not depend on Matt for this game. Coaching Staff forgot he was on the team Sat. I do not think it was in the coaches plan to completely take Martin out of the rotation (6 minutes?) but if bobcat fans are loaded for Matt there is potential for disappointment. As for the pushing episode the refs had allowed Durham to run at Matt and slam into him for 36 minutes which was a bit frustrating(no excuse but...) Durham tried the same thing on Criswell (1) time in Missoula and Criswell fought threw the slam and the result was no foul on Criswell but resulted in a Durham concussion. :crybaby:
