If you are new or spend your time on the football side, welcome. You may have to overlook the posts of Puzzledinmt, Wimpything, Hamilton grizzly, Insider. They began posting right after the Griz won the Big Sky Basketball Tournament. I may be wrong but it appears that they are unable to handle Grizzly Basketball success. They have succeeded in making the site more about them than basketball. They are less of a distraction if ignored. You may want to ignore the negative posters and respond to the positive. Some of us are going to enjoy the moment. 4:00 PM CBS

:o :o The commitee will most likely ignore the recent upsets but it should make filling out the brackets for the office pool interesting.

All the projections I have seen, have the Lady Griz at seed number 12.

www.collegerpi.com has Lady Griz at #12 playing #5 Kansas State of the Big 12. I consider that a worse draw than last years matchup with La Tech. Kansas State plays in a tougher conference than the WAC, has the 37th toughest schedule in the NCAA, beat everybody they were supposed to and didn't lose to anybody they weren't supposed to lose to.

ESPN has Lady Griz at #12 playing NC State of the ACC. NC State played a tougher schedule than Kansas State, but isn't ranked as high as KS. NC State is in the top ranked conference in women's basketball. Big 12 is the 4th ranked conference in the women's basketball.

Either way, whether it is NC State or Kansas State, it will be tougher this year than last season. But, Lady Griz did beat Florida State which finished just 1 game behind NC State in the ACC. So, who knows, could be an upset possibility.

I've seen a couple of recent projections that have Montana playing Washington in Boise. :o

A lot of people are making a push for Washington to be a #1 after what has happened in the ACC, Big East and now with Kentucky losing.

I don't think the Big XII championship is going to matter since its too late in the day for the committee to make any changes. I think Ok State and Kansas both get 2 seeds.

BarnBall, get off your soapbox, lets face it, this discussion board is solely about you, your cohorts & your opinions.

barnBall, I find the opposite to be true - You and your wuss colleagues would rather have no other viewpoints.

I see futility in this year's team and that futility will ring true soon after the upcoming loss to the Huskies. If they passed out seeds higher than 16, Montana would surely qualify.
