 I don't have a problem with N. Arizona being ranked above the Griz, I guess :fist: , but how exactly does this poll work? One other thing... at least the Big Sky has 6 teams in the poll. For the longest time, other than the Griz, the teams in the Big Sky were given no credit nationally. Even when they deserved it. Then again, ISU got snubbed last year in the playoffs (as far as getting picked), and I think that was wrong. Other conferances have put three in the playoffs before. Idaho should have made the playoffs.

Wow! Not only 6 in the Top 25, also all 8 in the Top 40.
With MSU bringing up the rear. Must feel like old times.
Which......weren't that long ago. :D

I hate the Cats, but I feel bad about there situation. No one can tell me that Obrien's actions haven't affected the team. Don't get me wrong. I want to see those smug lil' bizatches get destroyed by the Griz this year.

I so wanted MSU to beat McFeese last year so the Griz could have another game against them. I don't think they could have gotten two in Wa Griz, but we will never know.

As for this year... let's take it back, and in what better fashion than on MSU's home turf.

Go Griz!

See my post Why is the GPI the Top Index for Rating I-AA Teams?

It's a pretty good explanation of why this Index puts more weight on strength of schedule and really ranks teams according to their actual power and talent instead of just win-loss records.
