I read this article a week ago. It was a good piece. I came back home last night to read that some jackass decided he needed to talk about Stitt and make me a part of the conversation. I was tired and briefly scanned the article again. A bit too tired, and it did fit with the fact that one of the usual jackasses has to change a thread topic, and as usual, Payton was right on it. Stitt rarely compliments players publicly and I notice you found no contrary examples to the list of others I provided.

However, I did miss that reference in that article, confirming that if you actually call him up and ask him he will .... uh ... say something. And if not, he won't. So he did once. A didn't multiple times. Call it a victory for something you obviously feel strongly about.

My "great argument" was the direct quote from the player in a published source. That's past the "argument" stage, and its not even my "argument" at that point. That's what he said.

He made his public statement. Calling him a liar in public doesn't do you or him any good, only that you are mendacious and vindictive because he did not publicly support "your version."

But, he made his own bed after the fact by bashing Stitt for not "being mentioned" in the article, when, not only was he mentioned, he was quoted by AJ. It was too easy to know exactly what direction 75 was going to go in, and I couldn't help myself. My apologies 75, I'll try not to troll you for a while.

Hav's post was a directed at you not showing up to take a dig at Stitt. And in your reply you post a false claim trying to make dig at Stitt, while defending yourself against a claim not made. Those of us with reading and comprehension skills are fully on to your game. You hate and will never like Stitt, and will argue to the end with anyone who elicits proof from you that you hate and will never like Stitt.

You know, this is your own private little fabrication, a cheerleader who thinks any critique is DISLOYAL! Well, cool your pompoms. There's been some things about the way Stitt handles "people" that I don't think is appropriate. I applauded his hiring. I've said multiple times I think he's a smart guy and look forward to what he might do on the field. The steady drip-drip of loss of good players is not reassuring, but we will see what we will see.

I guess I just can't believe it's so hard for some people to say, "Hey, good luck kid." and many have said this, just wondering why everything turns into a pissing match for absolutely no reason.

I dont feel strongly about it, I don't care if a coach praises his players or chooses not to say anything publicly. All I really care about is that it will be well known that you are a Stitt hater so when he wins a chipper we can all say 75 you were wrong the entire time.
