My brother was high school friends with BH. He told me this story:
Bh was a grad assistant at UCLA back when Terry Donahue was the coach. Bh shared an off campus dive apartment with Steve Lavin who was a grad assistant for the basketball team then. Before a home game at the Rose Bowl a team manager came to the back of the crowded locker room looking for Bh. When he found him, he told Bh that Donahue was out in the hallway and pissed off about something and wanted to see him right away. Bh was thinking like what did I do wrong. So he makes his way through the crowded locker room and finds Donahue. Donahue looks at him and says “I don’t know who the fuck your are, but Brent Musburger wants to talk to you” So Bh goes out in the hall and Brent is there and gives him a hug and introduces him to Dick Vermeil, who was calling the game for CBS with him. And says I know Bobby and his dad from Big Timber, they help look after my family’s place in Montana. Donahue, was ignored by Brent and Dick and was pissed about it. Lol
