I wish the Griz had played better and won bigger, but Griz didn’t play poorly and fought for the win. Griz D was very good in second half.
Yes, a win is a win. I didn’t think the game was ugly. But the Griz had to fight most of the game for it.
NAU made a lot of tough shots, a number
of which were at end of shot clock. NAU has some players. A couple good rebounders. The ball bounced NAU’s way at least a half dozen times. A couple god awful calls by refs didn’t help.
Griz took too many early 3’s.
Oguine was the man. He started going to hoop about 8 minutes into game. No one played poorly. All played hard. No one got rattled. Falls has had 2 pretty good games in row.
Hauck and Bodnars were court side. At the national anthem, Pridgett was close to Hauck and starting talking to him. Akoh’s mom was at game. Rorie’s as usual.
Dance Team and Cheer Squad got introduced at half time. Lots of frosh on Cheer Squad. 3 seniors on Dance Team.

Did anyone else notice Jeff Ament sitting courtside? As far as celebrities at basketball games that's probably tops for Montana.
