Yeah, I know it's a new thread, but I hope the other Bears, which I consider a minor league version of the Griz ;) become something you see on ESPN a lot... Like Butler last year

Represent the Big Sky... Shoot, move and Communicate!!!

Well, I don't think that is going to happen.....not by a long shot...but, if they end up in Denver, the crowd might help.....they will need more than one player and basically, that is all No Colo has....

Nobody thought it would happen to Butler either... No point in playing if you don't think it can happen

true enough....but, in the tourney the refs are also the best of the best and there will no called games like the BSC had this year....

You are preaching to the choir... I am still pissed about the Seahawks / Stealers Super Bowl XL... It only affirmed my pissed off logic when the Pittsburgh ref from that game "Apologized" to the Seahawks during training camp last year...

Ref's aren't perfect, unless they know what they are doing... Read that back to yourself...

Unless they know what they are doing

Honestly unless they have the "don't breathe on Beitzel" (BOB) rule in the NCAA tournament like they did in the BSC tournament UNC will be lucky to get out of the play-in round. if the NCAA game is officiated like they usually are expect to see Beitzel sitting most of the game with foul trouble. He is a great shooter for sure, but 90% of his foul shots (he scored 23 of his 52 points in the tournament from the line) were either completely fabricated by the refs or should have been offensive fouls.

+1

regardless of thoughts on the refs, I will be pulling for the Big Sky in the big dance, just like every year. so....Go Bears, make us proud.

They won't be placed in Denver most likely as it would give them a "home court advantage" over one of the teams on the top 5 seed lines. They'll either be in Tuscon against SDSU, in Tulsa against Texas, or in Chicago against Notre Dame or possibly Purdue.

:thumb:

Honestly the way I feel right now, I will be cheering for whoever the Bears play against. I always turn the allegiance to the conference at tourney time, but F**K the Big Sky this year!

it appears many in the BSC feel/have felt the same way...

:o

Sorry...this game really left a bad taste in my mouth. The poor sport in me just refuses to root for those jackwagons!

Montanan, what's the graphic? It's too small to read.

It's the email addresses and phone numbers of the staff of the Big Sky Conference so we know who EXACTLY to complain to.(from Bigskyconf.com)

not exactly,

1) put the mouse pointer on the image,
2) right mouse click once,
3) in the popup click on view image (using Firefox).

what stands out is the ABSENCE of particular email addresses.
