Apparently, there's no point in playing the game. The Bozeman Chronicle reports that Coach Kramer had a few word to say at a pep rally in Bozeman yesterday.

"That title is ours! That trophy is ours and it starts right now," Kramer said.

Not so fast, Coach! The Griz have something to say starting at noon tomorrow. GO GRIZ!! :rocket:

Everytime Kramer opens his mouth I thank God that the Griz didn't end up with him back when Denehey left. The only bad part is that he ended up with the cats were we still hear from him from time to time. I rember when he was a EWU and he was constantly kissing the Griz's ass and saying how great UM and the Griz were. He is a scumbag and a subpar coach at best. MSU is simply the only school that will put up with him that is the only reason he can keep his job.

I've been a Griz fan forever, but calling Kramer a "scumbag" is ridiculous. I can't even recall Kramer having said anything bad about the Griz or UM even AFTER he got to MSU. Instead, everything he's said has recognized what Montana has accomplished, and I've heard the same kind of comments from his players too. Kramer has done a lot to take unwarranted bitterness from a great rivalry. As for being "subpar", the fact is his team is playing us for a share of the BSC championship for the second year in a row, they beat us last year, and they are lightyears ahead of where they were before Kramer arrived. Just what part of that equation gives anyone the right to call Kramer "subpar"? None if this is meant to say I would want Kramer coaching the Griz. It does mean that now is the time for the Griz to show their class, when we are about to battle the third-best college school in Montana.

Kramer has done alot to improve MSU's football program and bring them back to a competitive level. He deserves credit for that. I do find his public comments entertaining and at times amusing. His comment that the "title is ours" seemed like such good bulletin board material that I could not help but post it. If the Griz have read his comment, it might rev them up a little extra, if that's possible.

Well, GF Griz I agree with parts of your reply. Kramer certainly has improved the quality of the MSU team when it comes to actually playing the games. But he has also had problems keeping his staff out of jail. In my opinon it is the head coaches job to control the team and the coaching staff and when things like the O'brien incendent occure it is proof the Kramer certainly has done a subpar job.

As for him being a scumbag well you may be right maybe he is not a total scumbag. See I tend to judge people by the people that they assiocate with and it certainly seems the Kramer has a alot of scmbags around him. Guys that beat their wives, have bar fights and lets not forget sell drugs. But maybe you are right maybe Kramer is just so nieve that he never realizes this kind of stuff.

The one point you made that I totally agree with though is that MSU has the thrid best college football team in Montana. UM and Carrol are both better and I wouldn't doubt that Western could give them a run for their money as well. Especially, if the game was played early in the year because Kramer never has his team ready to start the year and they inevitably get beat a few times toward the begining of the season. Of course you can say Hauck has the same problem, but lets not forget that he is a first year head coach. Kramer has years of experiance and this still is happening every year. So, as I see it the bottomline is Kramer is better then subpar as long as you compare him to the likes of cliff hysel and you throw out off the field problems that have occured under his watch.

That's CRAP! Just short of sleeping in the same bed would only control O'dictions behavior. Now, if O'diction is a drug addict, I'm sure he was/is good at hide'n his lil' problem. Something you can't expect a lumix like Kraemer to see. Especially if he has a life outside of hanging out with his minions.

I highly doubt O'diction brought his "smoke" of choice into the locker room. Who knows, I'm not an expert on the subject... none of you are either. Give any of us a few more :drinking: :drinking: :drinking: of these and we'll all be experts on something.
