My group of 9 are getting to Frisco Saturday evening.
So, we're wondering, where's all the pregame festivities at Sunday?

It does say that. It goes on to say lots open 2hrs before game time. I see some ambiguity and some wiggle room in these guidelines. 🤔

In years past whenever NDSU fans and their caravan of rigs showed up around 6am they would open the lots. I would be very surprised if they didn't let people in whenever they start showing up.

Show up at 4:00 am. Who the hell is going to be there to kick you out?

If questioned , I always go with “oh my bad, I forgot to update the time zone on my watch”.

It was awesome last year. Free beer, free food, DJ, corn hole/ beer pong, etc. They got more money raised for it this year and throwing an even bigger party. They're even going to have a little video board set up showing stuff and will be showing the game for anyone that doesn't get into the stadium. Probably a couple other additions from last year too.

Griz fans are most certainly welcome!

Just so everyone knows. There is a ton of parking around Toyota Stadium that isn’t the actual venues parking lot. On the west side which is the side towards DNT there are multiple hotels and chain restaurants. They have parking lots. Also all around Friscos City hall there is on street parking and a public parking garage behind city hall.

There are also a ton of hotels and and open air market to the east of the stadium that provide parking. All of this is a 2-5 minute walk to the stadium.
