Can you record the streaming feeds so you don't have to watch in real time?

To my knowledge the sites don't allow one to view past games. The sites don't record a game. I believe one can tape/record any game on their own for future viewing if done correctly. For example, one may be required to make 2 clicks to view a game. A recorder or a record program may not do this and your effort fails.
