Think about it. It IS a rational thought. Stitt has simply not preformed. Two years in a row losing to the kitties. Two years in a row missing the playoffs. This is the same as sales staff selling some, but consistently not hitting targets. People that can’t get it done and sell are shown the door. Football coaches are no different. They are paid to win. When they consistently fail at that, then serious conversation needs to happen. While crass and a bit boozy, most of the “fire Stitt” folks have a valid point.

This is the same as sales staff selling some, but consistently not hitting targets. People that can’t get it done and sell are shown the door. Football coaches are no different. They are paid to win. When they consistently fail at that, then serious conversation needs to happen. While crass and a bit boozy, most of the “fire Stitt” folks have a valid point.
