I could never figure out what you yahoos mean by giving 10.5 points; is that to say the person you bet against says he'll win $ 200.00 from you if NDSU wins by more than 10.5 points? And if it's less than 10.5 you win? If so too bad you can't win double if SHSU wins instead.

Now, I'm confused!
The way I understood the bet is that SHSU has to have more than 10 points over NDSU, at the end of the game, for me to be considered the loser.
I know the Kats are a really good team, but 10+ points, and the Bison defense...this was just too much of a "deal" for me to pass up!

“Wanted to make sure you didn’t miss (the) story with the NDSU athletic director’s take on the football player/petition scandal,” he fumed. “His quotes would gag a maggot — and show where the school’s priorities lie.”
There are not going to be any suspensions. These kids don’t deserve a suspension. I’m not going to suspend them and neither is (head football coach Craig Bohl). As far as we are concerned, it is over.” — NDSU athletic director Gene Taylor.
“It’s over. They felt horrible, they felt horrible. Every day, their pictures are in the paper, day after day after day. It gets old and it does get to them. ... I’m tired of talking about it and I’m tired of seeing it in the paper. People need to move on because it’s not changing.” — Taylor.
“These guys are going to be a part of the team at the end of the day, one way or the other.” — Taylor.
“What’s going to happen in court, in my opinion, is going to be a lot less than what people think. At the end of the day, these kids have been through enough.” — Taylor.
“In terms of other issues across the country that student-athletes get in trouble for, this doesn’t rank to the level where I think they need to be suspended for a certain amount of time. ... Felonies, DUIs, violence, theft, things of a sexual nature are very different than putting names on petitions.” — Taylor.
“Having this on your record is a lot different than having the other offenses on your record, just because of the taint of fraud.” — Bruce Quick, defense attorney for the NDSU players.
“Petition fraud is an affront to the election process and to all citizens, particularly to those who legitimately signed the petitions hoping to have these measures placed on the ballot.” — Wayne Stenehjem , North Dakota attorney general.
“(The players were) not smart enough, grown up enough or sophisticated enough.” — Herman.
“The North Dakotans who signed our petitions in good faith, our coalition partners and hundreds of volunteers have borne a heavy cost of this fraud.” — Stephen Adair, sponsoring committee chairman for North Dakotans for Clean Water, Lands and Outdoor Heritage.

NDSU -- 14
SHSU -- 10

Agreed. Anybody taking SHSU AND giving points is an idiot.
