FCS Championship Game Jan 6th kittens vs Fat boys

But the fatties don't give him a shot. They kick it OB and allow the bubs to try to score on one play from 75 yards out with a qb who can't throw it 25 yards.
Anything was better than watching the ball roll as time expired. It’s all after the fact speculation, I suppose. But personally I’d rather have the ball in the hands of my playmakers than just hoping to God one of the Bison misses their block! Even if they try and kick it out of bounds, it might. It happens, right? We saw what happened when Tennessee State tried to kick it out of bounds against us during Bergen’s second house call ;)

Look, there's no real "right" answer. The bubs were cooked. and yes, shit happens. But it also could have happened sending 11 on 10: bad snap, punter freaks the fuck out, two protectors go after one guy leaving another with a free run because they're not use to seeing 11 come. I just know the bubs had .0000000000000000002 percent chance of scoring if ndsu got the punt off. Maybe it was .00000000007 to block it, but I guess I'll take those odds.

But there is a “wrong” answer and that’s obviously what they did—calling a play they never practiced, at a critical time, which no team in history has ever attempted.
And even if your statistical analysis is correct for that ONE snap, you are forgetting to add the odds of having another snap.
The chances of having a miracle are twice as high with two bites at the apple instead of only one. Their odds of winning would have doubled.
Watching the ball roll around surrounded by buffaloes while the last precious seconds ticked away was the most bubcat ending possible. Not sure I could have imagined a more poetic way to bubcat an ending

This right here. I didn't think anything would top the FFGPTB play in the national championship, then the following year, they coug'd it by allowing the game-tying extra point to be blocked in overtime. Everytime I think they go full bobcant or full coug'it, they one up themselves. This year it was trying to block a punt using a formation they hadn't practiced all year, only to watch the last 3 seconds of game clock run off while the moving ball was surrounded by bison.

Never go full bobcant (<-- not a typo).

Don't forget the "Golden Ole" they gave Miller to run 64 yards untouched in the NC game. These losers take losing to levels even Hauck can't comprehend.

I love little brother, but damn its embarrassing
