track and field... most of the events, I like
but my favorite is a toss-up... the men's 4x100 and the men's 100(those were my events back in the day, you sloths :tounge: )
I usually don't care much for any aquatic event... but this Phelps kid is the real deal and I'll watch that too... and Dara Torres, 50 yrs old, goin for the gold
as for broadcasting events, there's a good chance you can catch it somewhere... NBC, MSNBC, OXYGEN, USA networks will all have coverage... NBC says the coverage of these games will encompass more hours than all of the previous olympics combined(that were broadcast on tv, of course)... and there will be internet coverage also, dont know the site, but I imagine NBC should have a schedule somewhere online
Definitely the track events for me, especially the 100, 200, and 400. Swimming, diving, rowing/kayaking, baseball, basketball, and tennis are the other events I'll be watching for sure.

[Bleep] USA MBB so long as they have that punk Bryant on the squad.
My faves:
1. USA WVB (Jenny Joines Rules!!!)
2. USA WGym
3. USA Pole Vault (I'm disappointed Dragila's out, but we'll still do well. Go Hartwig!)
4. USA WBB (Big mistake not picking up Penicheiro, but Taurasi and Bird should be enough.)
